It is made of a pleated red lightweight woven wool silk blend challis fabric with a colorful floral print design and hand beaded embroidery work trim using colorful glass beads creating heavy beaded embroidery floral, peacock bird and geometric patterns. This beautiful beaded pleated apron skirt traditional folk costume is from Western Transylvania worn by Romanians, Hungarians with a long length, geometric beaded wide waistband trim, beaded flowers, peacock panels down the front, multicolored silk damask weave floral brocade ribbon trim silver sequin beaded edging, ribbon tie back closure and is unlined. The apron measures 34 inches long, 17 inches wide across the top waist and 54 inches wide across the bottom hem. It is in good as-is condition, with some loose missing beads and many moth holes, small frayed holes on the wool fabric (see close-ups).
