The collarless, V neckline plunges into an empire waist seam from which an ankle length skirt descends and features a wide cream lace panel at the hem. The cream lace is echoed in the central sections of the voluminous sleeves that have elastic cuffs. Closure is a zipper at the center of the back. Note that there are shoulder pads for adding pouff!
